Tablecloths of bloody and sparkles. Added fun of "Killer Birthday" confetti. I used your octopus as a holder for the napkins, he worked well!
Terribly hard to see but I used AI to take that picture of you with the dolphins at Sea Word and made you into a mermaid with dolphins. It is actually really cool and you would love it.
Final presentation, cupcakes decorated with "It" themed picks and mermaid tails. An inflatable coffin to hold the ice and water. There were "bubble" streamers to add the underwater feel. You know how terrible I always was at this stuff, that's why you always planned your own parties.
